    Sydney,

Talking about bubble, LYC worths more than $2 billion now and it hasn't make any monies from rare earth yet. And it wasted a bit of monies on NTU for a 9% stake. Rare earths elements are strategic and commodity in demand for today technological and "green" products.

ORM is a high risk play and that is why it still only worth $12 million. Yesterday result is the confirmation of REEs' existence on its ground and the basic for further exploration and drilling program for the company. That is why the market values it higher from low teen to over 20c. Looking forward into the future, we have around 90 days for ORM to prove up if we have any significant deposit in the ground. These 90 days are exciting time ahead because in the exploration game, company de-risks as it pass hurdles and so the market-cap increases in value as it progresses.

Having said that, I have reduced my position in ORM oppies to lock in some of my initual capital outlay but i won't give away my ORM's heads just yet. ORM doesn't has enough cash for the drilling and corporate overheads i believe and there will be a capital raising as NTU did. But by holding ORM, I have two upsize: one is further share price appreciation and secondly the chance to pick up cheaper shares through capital raising. Another X-factor before the drilling underway is that "Corporate Activities". When NTU announced ECE's involvement, its share price formed a base around low teen. Then Lynas jumped in and that is when everyone started to take NTU much more serious which pushed it up to mid 20s range. NTU then announced a capital raising at approx. 10 cents discounted. I thought that was a set-back, but there was no stopping it and it ran to as high as 40c. Right now NTU is trading at 30c and Conglin Yue is accumulating toward 20% level i guess and TTC has put a market cap on it as around $60mln on fully diluted basis. If market values NTU at 30c, then ORM is very cheap in my book.

90 days are not long and i can wait for it. By then, if ORM can find some good grades and sizes, we can expect ORM to be anywhere between $50-$150mln in Market Cap. Some of assay results are in Heavy REEs categories which are much more valuable than the light Rees. Again, very exciting time ahead and if ORM can delivers good news. Then Merry Xmas to all ORM's punter.
