I agree Overs. If PLV go to the mkt with cap in hand again, price will be around 40c. The share price is telling us that clearly. It doesn't matter what resource/reserves we have, the regulartory risks are no less than they were two years ago. We are nearly out of money and if there is no deal with an end user or third party, it will a discounted issue.
It looks pretty clear to me.
Better get used to the idea.
