'If you work hard, and get paid 300k-350k or whatever you should be given credit for your hard work, education and skills that are being applied in the workforce or business and the productivity and output you generate - not penalized by the gov and sending 100k in taxes to the ato'
Why should you get 'credit for your hard work'?
Your high earnings are just that.
Paying a third of your earnings in tax is not a high burden & anyone who compains about living on $200k net income seriously needs to look at their lives,
