you still dont understand having a high income doesnt mean you are wealthy!!! you can still be struggling!
are you unbelievably thick or have a learning disability
the system as is stands
you can have 30m in wealth in a PPOR and pay no tax matter of fact you can get money from welfare and contribution nothing (matter of fact if you want to work a little you are paying less)
but you can owe 1m earn 200k and be struggling and have to pay 60-70k tax pa - whilst struggling to survive
this was a small step to making the system fairer high income doesnt mean high wealth in modern Australia due to the apperication of assests mainly property
in a time when more and more people and struggling due to crazy high cost of living
im sorry but anyone supoortibg this change is so unbelievely thick or so far up the ALP butt they refuse to understand basic metrics
