Absolutely will not be participating in this for multiple reasons:

current share price is 10.5c - 11c. I can get a better buy on market today. I highly doubt it will creep to 13c by ex date with so much still on sale in this price band.

12:1 is a pretty poor offer from the company, we were issued a better offer previously at a higher price.

LINK Market Services is a f*ing nightmare to deal with and from the last SPP it’s put me off.

Do better IVZ. I personally have stuck with you for years and gone through the absolute sh*tshow of the first and second wells, delays and watching PAC Partners dump our stock for pure profit time and time again.

I’ll be buying my same ‘maximum’ allotment of the offer on market at between 10.5c and 11c in the next day or two and be done with it. Guaranteed majority of investors averages are above this as well.
