So WDS have actually said that mergers now have little or no premium. As a SH I would not accept the current price of STO for a merger with WDS.
Posters that have mentioned 3 STO shares for 1 WDS share are now way off the mark. It seems 4 STO shares for 1 WDS would be about the best offer.
Tomorrow's results need to be good to boost the SP.
