Insurance companies and Insurance contracts have ZERO value, I could supply a 1000 breaches by insurers in last 6 months via the CZ network. even the 25 year suncorp contract would be burnt in 10 minutes if Suncorp thought they could save $1 per claim. they (like all insurers) have a track record of non compliance with the governing CoC , and their own terms and conditions yet alone any respect for repairers needs.

So Matt can't just lift the repair rate to 10% profit, when the clown down the road is happy with 2% profit and has a lean operating model.
