Ann: Removal from Official List, page-35

For week now I have been working out the number of outstanding shares at Nasdaq by dividing Capitalization by share price and have been getting 5 695 227 outstanding shares. Doesn't that mean that all shares have now been converted into the common stock. But it does not mean that the 1.4 Mil shares will be available to share. If they are held in DRS you can only....... sell them......I see ....you mean lot of people will sell them ?
