Very clear what is happening here and it shouldn't be allowed. Bots clearly in play to manipulate the price down, as shown.
1) Stack the sell at the current level
2) Bids pulled at end of trading
3) Place strategic sells to offset buy orders
4) Drop price by 1 share in auction
The price has dropped following the auction by 1 share on 3 of the last 4 trading days. With not much buying volume, the bots are doing as they please with low volume sells.
