The number you need are the reorders as they actually tell you how much stock is being turned over and take away the IMO expected 30% return rate out of the number depending on how it is reported.

I am stunned at CES they didn't also launch a BTE version of their chip ( assuming they have actually spent time and $ to achieve suitable BTE design behind closed doors) as by chasing bud only narrows the market significantly. Lots of complications and lack of BTE knowledge but to be able to offer retail or OEM either format offering same performance would be significant
