Those 4.6m shares at $0.225 are only spread over 2 orders. I was looking at the top 20 share holders yesterday and there are very few that hold enough to cap in this quantity. Maybe a bit of a conspiracy theory but i think its Fulcrum directors or other original large share holders who want to maintain their % in the company undiluted by the options and possibly for some greater reason.
The price cap is having he opposite effect on me, its making my trigger finger itchy to buy a few more and see what comes in the following months!
