In an earlier post I did say that I still believe as of now it is still more likely than not that the loan is approved. However, the longer this drags on, the chance reduces, this is only a personal opinion.

Constant downramping? If this company had not delivered years late on this project and screwed up the transparency in communication leading us to the price we are at now, no amount of downramping would work. It's walking on a thin line now and a lot of retail investors are extra anxious, leading to a high sensitivity of sp movements now. Is that the fault of the downramping, or management fault?

Why should I add 50-100% time to the company's estimates? Why does it not give reliable estimates (it was all late, late, and late on every single milestone past 3 years, hence the multiple year delay) to us investors?

I started being critical (and suspicious) about MNB's divine timelines when they delivered the DFS late and only provided new timeline AFTER being late, and this was almost 2 years ago. I said at that time that this is totally unacceptable in the professional world that I operate in. Not sure what world you lot work in, but I admire your forgiving patience.
