Agreed, JW and management have always over delivered... Within the timframes has been their nemesis.
I think its clear Plan A maybe be looking a bit sick. But as Joe has always stated, theres always been muliple avenues being explored the entire way.
Still have the faith he will deliver again. Just a bit tardy as usual.
