We all know without a ML you can't get finance. Without AVZ removing the court cases no prospect for anyone else to develop the resource without major issues for the DRC government. And remember this project needs to use railways that transcend other countries - I wonder what a Paris court decision could enforce?
What are your percentages to get a deal through so the project can happen. Any further non-answer by you I will assume you believe AVZ should have no role and no ownership in the project.
