I believe that the ownership should revert to the pre Zijin infiltration percentages with an increased free carry to whatever DRC entity will spend the funds as non corruptly as they can manage. This is spread out over both RD/CDL/extensions but can split tenements in two to expedite the process if DRC wishes. Open to another party other than CATL acting as cornerstone investor.
