I imagine that Japan will get involved in a big way ... of course the payout is linked to numerous conditions, such as environmental reports, but I'm very optimistic that these conditions will be met with our team as quickly as possible, as I said , we all must not forget that we have only been there for a year, other competitors have been trying to get their projects started for years and are ultimately no further along than us...

Agreed re Vlad etc. But you have defended PB when posters have commented on his disastrous tenure at the former TNG.
Maybe naive but I think when most posters criticize a senior company Director or Executive they are doing so with honourable intentions.
