This is a big amount for China, and should have the effect of improving consumer purchases and exports. This is the RE price stability/boost we have been hoping for.
I agree China's Exports are slipping and this is a major problem for them. Most of what they are doing is inflationary and will certainly help internal demand. Can any one explain to me how any of this will help exports? Am I missing something?
This is just like Japan 40 years ago and US 80 years ago.
Two things are hurting there exports First is they cannot grow for ever. This hurt US 80 years ago and Japan 40 years ago.
Second China's saber rattling which makes other counties fearful to trade with them. They have to work on these if they want to restore export growth.
JMO but nothing will realy help it is just an end to another cycle in world economics. Next will be the small countries in Ashia then many years from now Africa. Even my children will probably be dead by then. i just hope the party does not start a major war to distract the people about what a mess they have made of things.
