I don't see how this news is good for NVX either. NVX is not a producer, it's a pre-revenue cash burner. Instead of drooling over how good or bad other companies are doing, the shareholders and, indeed, the management, should focus on getting their own business running. Maybe then this company would at least have some hope of surviving for another year.
