Yep you got it ESP and don't forget this style is not limited to day traders at all the smart money works in all time frames. If they are looking to buy longer term they work from the weekly or even the monthly and pan down to the smaller timeframes to get the safest point to get in, or out. I only use the term mums and dad's investors not in a derogatory sense but because it is the term most commonly used in this industry to denote the less sophisticated investors, as I guess you would call them. Hell I'm one myself I don't purport to be the smart money but I do make sure I keep an eye on what they are doing.
