I would argue that the current EVN SP has fallen because they were severely punished for their failure to turn Red Lake around after pouring a heap of capital into it and sending an endless stream of managers there to 'fix it' (who haven't) and the market is waiting for a sign that something will start to improve, plus the recent drop in the USD GP and a bit of uncertainty about which way things may move in coming months. The price is not being held down by instos because of the SPP, which is small fry volume anyway - and why would they do that anyway? One positive to come out of this is that the COO is leaving shortly, and I hope it's because he failed to fix Red Lake after all the promises made. Just IMHO
