We have no concrete proof that a 'current' application has even been lodged. In the media the approval agency has already stated that no application exists on this basis.

Someone is being led on here or misled in some way.

The rig is coming as if a 'current' application is in..... if not its going to cost someone

Possibly the 'path of least resistance' referred to by the consultants does involve misleading interested parties to reduce sqawking while the think nothing is in the works ....when suddenly the done deal is presented.

Not a good way to do business AND it might really upset the Greens.....who then make life very very difficult.
