Considering current board. If performance was what anything is based off for a cull. It should be all their heads that role to be fair.
The 14 people laid off were probably all hard workers not on inflated pay rates. If the board didnt vote in favour of a remuneration increase, they could possibility still be with us today.
This will reflect badly amongst the worker base at NAL. Not a good look from our management. This isnt disputable unfortunately just a statement of facts to the matter.
Not a good look, what else is on the chopping block under this new current review?
This also highlights to me how piss poor management is. This entire piece should have been issued days after CXOs announcement. But once again our board couldnt do anything efficiently if they tried.
