The process of institutional accumulation may take a long time and involves purchasing shares at lower prices and checking advances in price with short sales.
They've exposed themselves with the short selling now there is a substantial shareholder notice, unlikely it will continue, cover has been blown.
Its why they perfectly timed it for today.
Monday things will be different, huge news coming this weekend.
