FITNFAM,
I'm no finance guru, but your ARITHMETIC mystifies me:
> If 40% of Pajingo is worth $37m, 100% = 37/0.4= $92.5m, not $95
> If 100% is worth $92.5m, NQM's 60% is worth $55.5m
> $55.5m / 200m NQM shares on issue = $0.278 / NQM share
> To get up to the IE's 'FAIR VALUE' range of $0.40-$0.25 thus takes a fair amount of adders that are not reflected in the tangible asset value of Pajingo!
I'm afraid one of us is on drugs, or flunked arithmetic in school. Have you calculated wrong or have I?
