You state "constructive debate grounded on facts", yet you have not provided any evidence of the various allegations/interpretations you have made against the RHY Board and OB. When called to provide, nothing is forth coming, opinion is one thing but your allegations/insinuations of insider trading are another.
Your "debate" indicates that you have no confidence on either the ASX or ASIC, to carry out their regulatory checks, which they have done so. There are numerous allegations on this RHY forum, which over the past period have been stated as fact, yet when doing research via public sites and information publicly available, have proven to be factually incorrect, eg ShmoShady (name says it all) posts re property acquisition and timing.
When I first starting reading posts on Hot Copper via the various forums, one thing that struck me was whilst there are balanced educated discussions in most of my holdings in those forums, the rhetoric here, however has degenerated into name calling and mud slinging not seen elsewhere, hence the need to post. One of the most ludicrous and defamatory posts has to be the attack on the Company Secretary regarding Cannabis, as well as the school boy bully name calling "Otto Botulism".
It is easy to hide behind the cloak of anonymity, some of the defamatory comments here and else where on other Company discussions, I am sure would never have been posted if individuals on Hot Copper, had to actually disclose who they are. So are you happy acct88888, ShmoShady and Borano etc to state who you really are, with your real email addresses and contact details?. I doubt it. Let's all out ourselves and post as identifiable individuals, but where would be the fun in that, key board warriors/trolls/ conspiracy theorists! Are you boys willing to go first, sorry, being sexist and not woke!
The Shareholders, like myself, will decide and hopefully you/we can all take a Bex (showing my age) and a lie down, after the 12th Feb and rest those weary fingers, minds and give the keyboards a rest! For my part, I will continue to support RHY, its current Board and not take my investment research via the Hot Copper Forums and its anonymous experts. I prefer to deal with information released via the ASX, the disclosure by the elected RHY Board members and the powers of the regulatory bodies, not "facts" from the naysayers, mediums and mind readers here.
So no doubt the posting to this reply will be interesting!! Will get a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy what follows!
