Scarps - Imo Zijin is not going to get a thing and our offtake agreement may need to be re-negotiated with CATH in light of the current state of the Lithium market. I am confident a deal will be reached with Dathomir and they will withdraw their action. The deal done with Cominiere will be deemed illegal and all actions since is going to land them hefty fines.

How does Felix put the sword through Cominere when he promoted and backed them after being well aware of AVZ issues and the findings by the IGF ? Not to mention the head of Cominiere is related to Felix and both he and the MoM put Cominiere in charge of the Manono project . Also Cominiere are not staying quiet . They have been , and continue to be very vocal on Twitter regarding recent finding re ICSID/ICC . They seem to think none it applies to them and maintain AVZ have no stake in the Manono project . For Felix to condemn Cominiere is to condemn himself . What are your thoughts ?
