if the upgrade was going to be 2million plus and was valued at .06 and we got around half of that we should have atleast got to .014-.03, so yeah very dissapointing market reaction today.
will be interesting to see how it will hold over the next few weeks but i think some one will be happy just letting their stock go at the .012 mark.
