I think people are worried about the look through debt and that any revaluations could put it through the 50% covenant.
Everyone is probably waiting for the half year results (revaluations) and the RBA meeting (on the chance of a last hike)If there are any sale of assets that could belay those fears while at the same time decreasing income and therefore the dividends.
