This was a reply I got from the horses mouth when I asked about the fabled shareholders agreement. As usual on LSE my message wasn’t even commented upon. Instead it descended into the usual petty squabbling from certain agrieved shareholders and ex shareholders. Maybe some on here can take on board what it means
