Relax nuts, you'll pop off a bolt! If they're hiding anything, then it's only a matter of time before all is revealed. You can only hide the truth for so long. The way I see it, is that agencies are ready to pass on their results on auctions that were a success, but conveniently withhold data when the auctions are passed in.

But as I said, if that were the case, then we shall see a lot more homes on the market than is normal. I don't follow the market, so I have no idea and quite frankly I couldn't care less at this stage, except for those who are facing an uphill battle - like my young kids and some of you guys.

The market keeps trying to pull back down to fair value, but there is too much interference happening here and in the past. Young guns aren't so eager now to get in as in the past, but I wouldn't put it past our leaders for them to re-open the markets to overseas investors again. They have shown where their loyalties lie - with the banks and with the older home owners, and expect the young generation to take it up the back and never grimace.

I think our young ones intelligence has been underestimated by mainstream, but mainstream has forgotten that they are savvy users of the internet and will search for the answers which are there for all to see. Slowly the young ones are seeing the light and already they're not playing the game. They now buy online, or will only buy from retailers when heavily discounted. What was Myer's drop in profit? Not good was it!

Like I said, the market wants to come down to where it belongs. But each stimulus, each tax incentive, each foreign purchase smashes the dreams away from those who deserve 'our help' the most.
