And herein lies part of the issue. 15GB is not much in a month - what is your shaped speed after the 15GB ? Let me guess - ADLS2 speeds or less, so why the NBN fiber LOL.

15GB can be downloaded in under 1 hour - what about the rest of the month - I know as my young guys chewed out 10GB on a 2.5Mbps plan in the first 6 days of September streaming you tubes, and I am now shaped.

Fast speed is best complemented by a large monthly download limit.
