Your point C, also concerns me as to likely hood of a fund buying on market with the sole purpose of passing this stock to RG through the the offer, I don’t think this is illegal but I cannot find anything to the contrary
I have researched this specific topic but came up with nothing, but it would all be on record and IF it was, the reputations of these funds would be on the line to say the very least.
