i thinks its fair to say the bears are probably not as financially strong as the bulls on this forum and hence anti real estate.

The bulls are more than likely older, experienced, invested in real estate earlier on and are reaping the rewards now and hence why they are pro real estate at present.

I think this forum reflects a level of envy from the bears which can get in the way of their thoughts, opinions google research.

Im still looking to buy and currently looking to continue to diversify in my property portfolio. Im now looking to buy my first city pad..looking at an apt off the plan opposite albert park lake.

Look outside the realestate.com.au square guys. There are still some great opportunities.
