    Personally, in some capacity, he deserve renumeration of this order. During his time at the helm of the company he has really taken the company to the net level. The only thing he hasn't done is guaranteed 12Tcf of gas in A#1 but that is really outside of his control. What is a bit worrying is that the directors do not hold a substantial amount of stock. Thoughts/comments?
