I haven't studied Australia's, Europe's and China's Economies, but the U.S.'s Economy is still kickin along, but I'm pretty sure it'll need Interest Rate cuts soon.
Historically The Fed is late to raise Rates and cut them.
When Oil is rising, they historically don't cut Rates.
