That is what Scott told both myself and Portiss - that the PPSA is the major hurdle to larger institutional investment and bank funding/farm in partnerships.

Imo - we go nowhere till it is signed. Ie. Even with a glowing successful flow test we will be inhibited until the PPSA is signed and ‘perceived’ sovereign risk is removed.

I truly feel for Scott atm. He is at the mercy of a govt that claim they are ‘Open for business’ yet continue to f@ck around with the signing.

Three years we have been told it is ‘imminent’!
