I have voted in favour. I’m not sure why there is so much angst about this. I understand that all holders are hurting, to different degrees, and in such circumstances most people look for others to blame, that’s normal, don’t worry about it.
My view is that they will already have the support for this move from the heavy hitters, so it’s most likely going to happen. In addition, we’ve got some big changes happening (new CEO/MD already appointed, NEDs incoming, new Kimberlite Licence imminent, together with adjusted %. etc.); I don’t want to turn the corner into a new future carrying all the old baggage from yesteryear I.e. 1.4bn shares st 3.2c and struggling. Revamping the register is one way, among many, to pimp up Lucapa Diamond Company into something just as attractive as she was when I first laid eyes on her. Let’s do it. Internecine fighting will take us nowhere.
