to be honest - I think the internet and social media has given us a wonderful opportunity to see humans, their nature and behaviours

Trump coming onto the scene at about the time when global communication - free transmission was ready and very effective.

So, we get to see just how many of these kinds of people there are in the human pool ------- and it's pretty scary.

I really think that if we had seen this clear level of the sheer number of stupid people ------ we well may have rethought democracy as an idea - and certainly, compulsory voting would be seen as highly probable to be a very bad idea.

Now that we see the level of these types of stupid people, how they behave, how they think (or don't think), ----- we may well be on the path to changing the way we listen to humans for decision making.

We may well come down to requiring permits for people to vote, if we continue to have voting.

I don't think it will come down to changing how we allow free breeding or similar - because I think that's a goner anyway with humans moving to machine partners - I suspect that baby making is doomed anyway. As to things like driving licences - well, that's a goner as well as we move towards robotics.

When I look at how far we have come since hominids began - so slow was the 'progression' and then, how slow we've been since modern humans hit the ground - I always wondered why it took so long to get anywhere --------------- well, oh boy - when I see about half the mob like Trump supporters ---------- it's pretty clear why we've been so so so so slow at progressing -

and as far as getting leaders like Adolph in democracies ------- well - it's no mystery now at all - crystal clear, thank you Donald
