This is a very valid point about size of population. Except for India, USA, Australia, last two due to migration, all European countries are facing same issue. It is going to be a battle for existing market share. I am not expecting growth in Japan, but stop to current decline with better management initiatives. Decline in population around the western world is an interesting topic discussed in the economic circles currently with serious implications.
