NATO members are responsible for launching/participating in hundreds of military interventions all around the globe. US is responsibble for at least 250 since 1991.
NATO is an organisation whose goal was to counter USSR influence. Yet NATO kept expanding it's infrastructure closer and closer towards Russian borders even after the USSR fell apart, and Russia was no longer a threat in any way.
