When management as shareholders decide they want/need some cash to meet personal requirements. Maybe we should hope for a divorce in key personnel.
Disenfranchised wives are good for a few things, including dob-ins to the tax office which I understand is a major source of their info. I had a third-party glimpse of this and it was ugly.
