Can someone please refer me to the date where options were issued in the money because I have just reviewed the notice detailing the options issued in 2010 and I cannot find any?

Unless I have missed a notice, options were issued on the following days:
20/01/10 Issue of 150k options @ $1.50
18/03/10 Issue of 115k options @ $1.46
29/03/10 Issue of 130k options @ $1.45
29/03/10 Issue of 100k options @ $1.49
06/04/10 Issue of 800k options @ $1.60
06/04/10 Issue of 200k options @ $1.70
06/04/10 Issue of 35k options @ $1.25
30/04/10 Issue of 175k options @ $1.50
03/05/10 Issue of 250k options @ $1.50
28/05/10 Issue of 150k options @ $1.63
30/06/10 Issue of 135k options @ $1.45
30/06/10 Issue of 140k options @ $1.46

The market price for the shares on those days was:
20/01/10 $1.21
18/03/10 $1.20
29/03/10 $1.10

30/07/10 $1.09

To me, that indicates that vast majority of the options are issued at prices well out of the money.

Additionally, as Pukin has previously stated, the total number issued does not represent a significant dilution to shareholders.
