Capping theorists get ready for the thumbs down because I'm about to tell you that you are talking rubbish. Certainly there are people trying to buy as cheaply as they can and others trying to sell for as much as they can get. Maybe it is possible to cap a share for an hour or two, maybe even a day or two but this capping cry has been going on for months.
Get used to the fact that the law of supply and demand sets the price. The demand is not there yet for CFE to be other than its current SP. The shares are on the market at a price you can either pay it or sell for it. If they were being kept low don't you think there would be enough buyers to clear the "cheap" offerings if that were the case.
