Really looks like we are on track for a good year from Walyering.

I must say, that I thought the most interesting response was to the question of whether there was any chance of Strike/Hancock agreeing to bulid a processing palnt on the farm.

Stuart could have responded that there were no ongoing discussions. However he said that any such discussions would of course be commercial in confidence. He then went on to wax lyrical about the merits of the farm.

Maybe I am reading too much into this, but it would not surprise me in the slightest if such negotiations were underway. May partly hinge on the export opportuniy, so could be a huge 3 months or so.
