    Hi, I hope you're right but how do they get to the $22.1m figure then?

    If you look at the Sept quarterly it was $16.1m then with Sonogol paying a further $5.3m in that quarter.

    I've never seen a JV before where the relative contributions weren't forwarded into the JV company in advance.

    Maybe I'm wrong? Is there some other reason the share price is so bad?
