Unfortunately, I think there is a version of truth in what you say. The lack of ASX comms is bizarre. Perhaps someone does not want to induce FOMO to ensure the SP does not exceed a particular level so that when a low ball offer comes in, it ends up looking particularly attractive to holders, effectively minimising any TO resistance. My guess is, if an offer does eventuate it will probably be in the engineered vicinity of 12.5 to 15c.
