My two bobs worth as a previous long time holder, trader and believer in LPD. For right or for wrong.....

SOI = problem. I stated 3 years ago that a consolidation should have taken place in order to firm up the register - even if it meant the company was simply a more attractive commercial proposition. Which has proven to be correct !! As it stands - why would any commercial or prospective strategic partner consider becoming immersed with LPD ?? Full disclosure - I hold no positions currently in LPD.

It's not the business model. Its not the veracity of the tech. I believe the business model and tech still have a definitive place in the market should all things macro-economically follow the narrative !! More on that in a moment.....

Is it simply that there is NO financial upside for any strategic partner to dig their teeth into LPD with the SOI on hand ? Strategic partners are issued stock for investment.....I wouldn't touch it either if I were them.....

LPD need debt funding. That's the only way out now. It's as simple as that. JW came across with an amazing resume and did indeed have his challenges at Pan Aust also before he made the break into success with a multi $$$B company sale. Let's hope the vision for LPD shadows this history. Although, LPD is now getting long in the tooth and stale. Belief is dissipating and rightly so ! Although, as an aside, management have proven throughout the years that if there is something to tell - they will tell it when they are ready. I tagged @Welsho54 a week ago for a reason. He has disappeared and I have long thought he was an insider. No response yet, which is not a surprise. Company news and the silence thereof is deafening....why ?

Yes, Lithium Coy's across the board have taken an absolute bath as have most material companies across the ASX. LPD, is NOT purely in the material sector - they have chemical industry capability. That aside - LPD has potential, drive and a ground-breaking tech - so the question remains.....why can't debt funding be achieved ? Why has the whole Li sector tanked ? Is the Lithium boom over and LPD (along with others) now suffers Australia's exposure to satisfying a green tech not proportionate with the balance of the world ? Hell, we are obsolete in the grand scheme of things with less that 1% omissions V world populations whilst our government fuels the agenda in the face of continued worldwide construction into fossil fuels (coal and oil plants across the world currently.) FACT.

These are the questions to be asked of the markets in general - not just LPD !! Long road ahead....

As I mentioned yesterday - LPD has previously rebounded strongly off these levels in the past....difference now is - funds are required again. ASAP. Will another pre-raise pump occur prior to issuance OR does that debt funding package finally arrive in order to add confidence to the Coy ??

    It's a watch for me....at the risk.
