I have never seen such a stupid clause. Have you and if you have, please let us know that something like this is possible. IMO even less likely in a small exploration company. So what you would like is to de risk it for the shareholder and add huge risk to the board. I'd think any board would walk away and find work elsewhere.
I really don't understand some of the commentary here. LNR is a high stakes, high risk and great risk reward proposition. Its always a gamble and always will be. Its like putting all in on 1 number in roulette. Why do posters here forget this as soon as the casino and croupiers make their money on the punters funds if the number doesn't come up. Crazy thinking that a croupier will draw up some contract guaranteeing the punter he has no risk and the croupier is not performing unless you are Donald Trump.
