Exhibit A: The fact that they have "78 trials completed to date" ("to date" means there will be more tests) and they are still "focused on" the primary solids filtration with the "aim to improve filtration flow rates and product throughput" tells me that things are indeed not sorted out.
It is a positive announcement, but the fact it does not say "all issues are sorted" means "all issues are not sorted".
Finally... “increase production operations during Q1”
Increase to which level? Will it be nameplate? Or will it be under? Or will it potentially over?
Thinking about the issues they have, they should be designing the circuit to handle the throughput for the 10ktpa licence as that is going to be the next major scaling issue.
They have 2ktpa and are waiting on 10ktpa for a total of 12ktpa, for a 1000 T per month production rate.
If they don't have the 10ktpa permit, they could / should try to bulk process material at the 1000 T per month rate in order to ensure the 12ktpa operations are running as expected.
