Have they received all necessary PRC governmental approvals yet. They were happy with their Due Diligence, Seems either way they will take a 9.9% interest. If PRC is not happy i suppose they will not be a part of the USA expansion. I am not clear on what will happen. E.G.M. should give some clarification.
